We love to cook.  We love Mexican food.  A food truck was the next logical step – right?  We sure thought so, and if you come to see us you are going to get the same recipes that we have been cooking for our family for years!  

We serve you what we would want to be served – hand cut and home made deep fried fresh hot corn tortilla chips for our nachos and chips and queso!

Our star of the show isn’t actually our tacos – it’s the fact that you can pretty much get whatever you want your way.  You can “Rock Yo Taco” however you want!

Nearly every weekend you can find us at Lowe’s in Adrian on Sunday.

Secondly, the food was great! Huge portions, well worth your money. Everything tasted great! We tried the chicken and beef tacos, the burrito, street corn and churros, all were delicious. The 4 workers in the truck were doing it with smiles on their faces, it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely visit them again!”

A very cold day, the staff was working at top speed to get our order out timely. The beeper you’re given so you can wait in your warm car is a huge plus. You don’t see this often. The customer care shows.

The pozole soup was handed to us while we waited, and my husband was blown away by all the flavors brewing in this soup! It was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it, Especially on a chilly day!

We ordered the Soup,nachos, the burrito, and the chips and queso. The portion sizes are beyond generous, everything we tasted left our mouth wanting another bite.

We had a five plus hour drive home, to say we were happy to have stumbled upon Rock Yo Taco, is a given. Having-leftovers for our ride home, was a treat!

I told the owner, they definitely have something special here, and in my opinion, JUST what Lenawee Co. has been needing, As far as affordability (definitely cheaper than restaurant pricing) with a way healthier alternative to a burger (or taco) in a bag! Plus you’re supporting your neighbors.

Now , I just hope that they start traveling to different states so they can visit my city!
